Akfa University Medical School is a newly founded university. Founded in just 2019, the university is the latest addition to Uzbekistan's rich educational heritage. It is located in the wonderful city of Tashkent. The university's aim is to achieve its goal of being the leading institution of higher education in Uzbekistan and contribute to the development of the country and the world. The mission state of the university includes creating a set of world-class doctors.
Akfa University has nine separate faculties, which include a medical school, dental school, college of nursing, and college of architecture. The university believes in providing the best training facilities available for the country’s next generation of doctors, engineers, scientists, and architects.
The University students have the opportunity to study in state-of-the-art facilities and advanced classrooms. Many of the degree programs, particularly those that are science-led, place an emphasis on lab sessions and hands-on workshops with direct research applications, providing an incomparable experience for students. The educational process is carried out in partnership with leading international research institutions, including Gachon University in the medical area (South Korea) and our compatriots working abroad.
